I liked the frriendly atmosphere, the cosy rooms, the extremely convenient location on the Avenida da Liberdade - close to the centre (Rossio), half a block from the Avenida Metro Station and the bus stop for the AeroBus (the airport bus). The breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of types of food. - Craig

Friendly staff, taxi stand outside (quite convenient for extremely earlyflight out); nice location. Very clean room. Fast internet at acompetitive cost. Overall, suited my needs very well, at a veryreasonable cost comparative to other available hotels in the area. - Matthew

The hotel is well situated,right in the center of town close to metro and shopping area (which was actually quite poor:-).The hotel was recently renovated,the room was just brain new.The cleaness was simlpy great,made really with care.Hotel stuff was very helpfull:once we asked receptionist how to find some adress we needed,so he even went outsde to show us the way in spite of chilly weather! - Svetlana

The sunny and complete breakfast environment, the clean design rooms (you need to add a hook in the bathrooms), the knowledgeable and helpful desk staff, the pool oasis. We were able to walk to local restaurants, metro stops, and stores with ease. Centrally located between the steep sections of the city made it easy to get around. and taxis were available when we were exhausted. - Anonymous

The hotel was outstanding. Staff was extremely helpful and accomodating, we were upgraded at no cost into a very nicely designed suite with amazing views onto the city, and we were treated to a bottle of champagne and fruit to celebrate our honeymoon. Though slightly hard to find, the location is great and easy walking distance to most downtown attractions, bairro alto and alfama. - Nicolas

We spend the night in a room with 3 beds, it was nicely decorated in pink, beds are confortable, there was a nice bath tub and a hair drier. There is also a big refrigirator were you can put some food if you stay for a longer time. Room was very clean. Buffet made of bread (papo seco) butter, various types of marmelades, cofee/expresso or milk/chocolate milk and tea, you can also eat various types of cookies and two types of cereals.
