  The staff was very friendly, we asked for the room with a mountain view and we got a nice one with a balcony (even if it was only a standard room). The other time we stayed at the restaurant after closing time and we were still served. Also the staff at the SPA center was very nice and helpful. It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, the room was huge, the bathroom was clean, there were bottles of free mineral water in the rooms everyday. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out.   The staff was amazing. We arrived in Zakopane at 7am and the reception was locked so I called to see when it was open. Knowing that check-in wasn't till 2pm we were just hoping to drop off our packs and do some hiking. The owner did more than that, she let us check into our room and served us breakfast!! We sincerely thank the whole staff for an amazing and relaxing time in Zakopane. The hotel - Absolutely brilliant place to stay. The rooms upstairs are nice and cozy (big windows on the first floor!) and there is a 5-bed (3 room) apartment on the ground floor ideal for families. (We rented 3 rooms in the building). The breakfast is excellent, is very well worth the price. Furthermore you can get tea/coffee throughout the day. The staff is always there to help and it is amazing how many languages they speak! They are really doing everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Well

Gave us tourist info, translated for us, did most of the work to set up a ski lesson for us and brought a fantastic breakfast to the room every morning. The beds were so comfortable, great view from the window, bathroom and kitchenette were modern and had all necessities including a wash... what people say » ing machine. Less than a 10 minute walk to the main street. - Had a lovely stay here in March 2013. We stayed 6 nights in the attic room and had a lovely time. The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. He was able to give us information about the local area and was happy to help with any questions we had. The hotel itself was only 10mins from the main town in zakopane where there are plenty of bars shops and restaurants.
