A brand new hotel (if you check it on Google Street view it's not there yet!:)) with good facilities and good location (15 minutes walk from the old town or a few minutes ride by a tram from the nearby stop). Staff speak good English and are professional. Rooms are simple but tastefully designed and with free wi-fi which actually works (a common issue at some hotels). Pretty much a perfect place to stay in Wroclaw on budget. Parking is not free (the hotel has its own secured parking area) but y.
all reviews » Very good hotel, great value for the money, it could easiliy have more then just 1 star. Would recomend to anyone! You can walk to the city center, 10-15min or you can take the tram that has a station directly in front of the hotel. Staff is very nice and speaks english, the parking is very secure, all in all, 10/10 for your money. The room was perfectly clean. However, we had to change the room first night because there was no hot water in the sink and shower. The receptionist was very helpful and there was no problem in changing the room. Although the parking was supposed to be charged, we got it free. The rooms were bright and cheerful. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful for place to see and how to get there. It was most helpful to us that they spoke great English. the room was a reasonable size the bed was comfortable and everything was clean we had an en-suite this was a good size and very clean, nothing to complain about at all. Newly built, fresh and clean hotel. Large private parking lot. Tram stop is near by, although the city centre is reachable by foot (approx. 20-30 min walk). It is a new hotel. I is close to the city centre and close to Sky Tower. The room was nice and clean. The bed sheets had a clean and fresh smell. Hotel building is brand new, finished in 2012 for Euro, all eqipment is also new. Rooms are very quiet and clean, air conditioning works great. It is very nice hotel. In the room is very clean. It's not in the city center. The breakfast doesn't amount to much but then, it doesn't cost much either. N/A. I almost appreciate everything, for the price we paid was perfect! the rooms were a bit small but not too much. No hairdrier in the bathroom, but withi this price, what would you like more?. heating system, expensive parking. in toilet missing hairdryer !!. The only complain I will have is that they didn't change the linen from the bed. Air con did not manage to keep the room fresh and it was really warm, however I did not raise it as an issue with the staff. rooms a bot on a small side. We wanted a twin room but got a double instead. internet in the rooms was, but work only near to doors. spory problem z room serwis'em. they would NOT give me an extra pillow and the hotel pillows were small. Rooms are very small and so is the bathroom. Shower cabin is to small to have a comfortable shower. On the day I checked in there was a problem with plumbing and it wasn't possible to stay in the bathroom because of the smell. The smell got into the bedroom section as well and I had to change the room. nothing in particolar. The Wi-Fi connection did not work in the bedrooms. We were only given one set of towels between two. We only had one small pillow and when we asked for another we were told there were no more pillows in the hotel(!). It was a bit too far from the main square.
