My suite, which included a full kitchen and free internet, was outstanding and very comfortable. The hotel's location, on a quiet courtyard near a lovely pedestrian walkway with excellent shopping, good restaurants, and close proximity to the National Museum, was perfect. I am recommending this hotel to all of my friends who plan to visit Warsaw.

Very friendly & helpful staff - can feel from first minute that good care of customers is their real priority. Very nice, Christmas vibe. Snug (cozy) and clean rooms. Tasty breakfast. Good price. Stuffs were very friendly. I enjoyed swimming and fitness gym. The guest room we stayed had both bath tub and shower. We fortunately enjoyed Chopin Concert at the Park near the Hotel. I left a cloth at other hotel. So one stuff made effort to contact with traffic agency. We were happy to take the cloth again.
