Good location, walking distance from the center. Very clean, the rooms are large and pleasant. Staff was very kindly. Free Wi Fi and free mineral water for everyone in the room on accommodation. Really, hotel is a great find. For me two stars is small, at least three. Everything here is ok. Excellent connection to city centre, good parking place, friendly staf. Highly recomend to visit restaurant Smaki swiata, which is in neibourghood of HIT hotel.

Bathroom cleaned on daily basis extended checkout time all staff polite and friendly all services of the hotel performed to a high standard. Great value for money! Spacious rooms. Clean and tidy. Excellent WiFi. Excellent connection to bus and tram transport. Easy to find, friendly, good breakfast and attached restaurant has wonderful buffet supper: tasty and good value. - Good location on the east side of Warsaw. - Good price, especially if you're going to spend only nights there. For first night couple in next room had tv on loud, were drunk and were arguing!. - furniture is not brand new or near to that - breakfasts are decent, seen much better in hotels in similar price range. No coffee in the room. It's location is not very good. It is far away from the city center. low wi fi signal on first floor. Internet is not working on 1st floor. Need to be repaired, need better signal. Almost impossible to find by car due to road works, very poor breakfast, rooms extremely run down. no telephone in room , worlds slowest elevator. unfriendly staff (booked a double bed room at a discounted price-promotion, and got a room with 2 single beds;the ladies told me I could join the beds to have a bigger bed.they even wouldnt look at my conformation. ridiculous!. The staff one of the worst hotel I have been. Their is much better for the same price in warzaw.
