Location is perfect - just 15 min on foot from old town, wonderful park just 5 min away, lots of cafe,restaurants and supermarket nearby, perfect view from the windows. Fast Wi-Fi. Very cljse to metro and railway station.

The location was perfect, close to tram station, and short walking distance to central station and Zlote Tarasy. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with AC, extra pillow and blanket, cutlery, plate, and even hairdryer. Julia, the lady who gave us the key, was very helpful. Very recommended play to stay.
The view from the apartment really knocks you out. There is lots of space, all you need for cooking, washing up, cleaning. Wide window sills are useful additional storage. Location is very central. 24 hour shop and bakery next door. Philharmonia close and the opera only a 15 minute walk.
The views were amazing from the kitchen and the apartment were nicely decorated. I loved it. It was also very centrally located and lots of very good cafes and shops very close. Also very close to the main railway station and the metro and only a five minute walk to the Old Town.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with all queries, probably the best i have come across from years of traveling.
The view from the apartment is magnificent...we were on the 22nd floor and can see the whole skyline of Warsaw!!.
loved location and set up of room , the view was amazing and the facility was well suited for a couple traveling in the area, close to different places to get food as well as a 24/7 store. generally no complaints.

- The balcony was really small and with the A/C on it it was hotter then normal and took in quite some space. Luckily the windows in the living room made up for it because we opened those to get a balcony feeling
- It's really good for 2 persons but in my opinion more then 2 would be too crowded.
No storage room for suitcase when we came earlier than check-in time. Luggage will be put in the corridor lobby.

Very difficult to find at the beginning. Not helped with the new metro works but these will end eventually. I did not know we had to ring beforehand but I did, as I could not find the apartment building. I think the website/confirmation email should identify the location better esp with the roadworks outside (no noise from these) i.e. saying the building was near McDonalds and the large Coca Cola sign on a nearby roof. A toaster would have been good too.
Could not figure out how the heater work (if it does) so it could get a bit chilly at night especially when trying to enjoy the city skyline...
price was a little expensive but still cheaper than novotel or marriot in the same are so not that bad for a 2 day stay but expensive for travelers on a budget. however the location and quality made up for the price.

The actual location was not Swietokrzyska, but a few blocks further away from city centre. Parking on the street is free only over the weekends.

The 24-7 (non-stop) construction work for the new metro station right
outside my window. Upon arrival nobody was there and the phone number on
the confirmation was not correct, so thanks to the receptionist of the
flat building (who did not speak English) I managed to reach the agency
so that they could bring a key to get in (apparently my sent e-mail with
specific arrival time was not read).
Paper-thin blinds when Sun goes up at 4:30 AM. Tiny towels. No hand soap provided (only body gel).
