The rooms was tidy, all necessary small things made available: hair
dryer, sewing set, tea/coffee facilities very well maintained (not
only kettle, cups, mugs, cutlery, fridge and microwave but tea, coffee,
sugar and milk available for guests in an annex on each floor). I liked
the punctuality of staff and their willingness to help.

This place is a very reasonable and has excellent value for money. The rooms are good quality with comfortable beds and modern bathroom. The room I stayed in was rather quiet with the window facing the inner yard.
Cosy and clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom. On each floor on the corridor there is a small kitchen where you can make tea or coffee (and they provide a good choice of teas:)).

I liked the price and the service. I have arrived quite late and had the key wisely arrange. The corner with warm tea and coffee, plus yogurt and small snacks - also nice surprice.
The noise from outside is audible inside, the smells also travel all too
well through the doors.
probably a bit far away from the city centre, although there's good tram connection towrds the city.
There was no shower toiletries in the bathroom (only hand liquid). It started cold outdoor and the heating was delayed so it was a bit cold inside on the first day - but this is just a seasonal (one-day) issue. No shops/restaurants around.
A bit noisy in the night.
Some of the guest smoked in the floor, there was a strong smell in my room, too.
Some time no person in Hotel.
It was minus 10 degrees outside and heating in the room was not even on. And after several hours the radiator was just warm.
