  The very friendly staff helped me a lot when I arrived with a badly sprained ankle - getting me a pair of crutches to use (no charge), and generally helping me when I was laid up. Shira is the best goalkeping dog in Europe, nay the world. It takes a couple of goes before she will play with you, but persevere. Free tea and coffee!!   This was our second stay and it did not let us down. We were visiting family in Sopot and this is in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the town centre and sea front. As soon as we walked through the door the very nice lady on reception remembered us which was lovely. We were given the same bedroom as last time which is the first bedroom... what people say » you come to at the top of the stairs. We spent three nights here and on the Sunday I spent all day in bed with a very bad migraine and the place was - We have now stayed here four times and it never disappoints. This time we were given a room that sleeps four and it's the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in, just wonderful. Room was very quiet and the bed was so nice that I slept like I was at home. Keep up the good work and we look forwards to returning in November. Lady on the reception is delightful as always

  The staff is extremely nice and kind! They brought us breakfast to the room one morning, because we didn't make it to the breakfast time.. The hotel is cool and weirdly decorated and that suits us well. I can highly recommend LaLaLa <3 - The staff was extremely nice, breakfast was good.
