  We had a business room which was massive in size and ideal for a running toddler (18 mths) with plenty of space without getting on top of our bags etc. They provided a travel cot which we requested and this was in great condition and worked well. I recommend trying to get a table outside on the street - lovely and sunny in summer an - - Excellent attention to cleanliness, as with every Radisson Blu hotel I have stayed in so far. - Rooms were bright, adequately sized and neat. -Situated perfectly just around the corner from the main street. Right in the middle of the old town. - Check in staff helpful in pointing out places of interest - Tea and coffee making equipment available - Safes were good quality, ideal for the business traveller. - Fast and reliable WiFi

  The rooms where super, the staff excellent, very clean , leisure facilities clean and fresh, staff very welcoming - the hotel was very clean and comfortable. And liked the fact that it was near the beach.

  The rooms were very spacious. The location was perfect and once we found our feet realised that we were in walking distance from most restaurants and bars. The food was good with plenty of variety. The people outside the hotel spoke very little english but enough for us to get by. A train ride for 2 - 3 euros to a place called Sopot is a must. Its... what people say » a beach resort but also nice in the winter. The drink and food is for nothing (outside the hotels) so great value for money. There is a taxi rank out - The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke such good English, I was ashamed to not speak Polish. They were always a pleasure to deal with. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and cafes and walking distance to shops. I would stay here again.

  The hotel buildings are beautiful, the whole hotel has a calm, relaxing feel. The pool, spa e.t.c. were first rate, and there is a good selection of treatments available, including a lovely manicure at a very reasonable price! We had a junior suite which was very nicely furnished, a good size [we had a huge bathroom] and very clean. The staff is fluent in english, the hotel is fabulous with a great spa area and the hotel' s restaurant has a nice food and wine menu. The cellar is the place to be to have a drink before or after dinner.
