  The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick at clearing tables during breakfast. The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The hotel has excellent double glazing, which is needed as there are three street cafes outside the hote... what people say » l, which stay open until very late and then the bin lorry comes at 5:30am each day too! The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, - The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. On check in and check out. And the bar man was also very good!! - location, quality, cleanning, etc. these are the best points of the hotel.

  It's right in the town centre and for the price I paid is excellant value for a 5 star. The staff were really helpfull and polite even though we arrived much later than we had planned. - Comfort of room -very peaceful too.
