  Great help from Marcin, we were late checking in due to business meetings but it was no problem for Marcin. The kitchen had been stocked with free basics like milk, cereals, bread and even 4 beers which was great when getting there late and most local shops were shut. Location is just across the park from the main tourist area, less than 5 minutes... what people say » walk away, yet it was very quiet there, which was good for us and handy for parking as trying to get a car into the main centre is difficult.   The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful.   Superb hotel near the main Krakow centre yet only 20 minutes taxi drive from the airport. Staff were very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and a delight to be with.   Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. They washed a couple loads of laundry for us as it was the second stop of a 3 city vacation for my son and I.   I liked the spacious room and the interior designs as well as brilliant staff, helpful and very polite. Breakfast was delicious, yet simple. The view from our window was amazing and the whole atmosphere made me feel relaxed and happy. - Everything. The suite was so clean we felt as if we were the first ever ones to stay in it.   I stayed for one week at the Abra apartment, they picked me up from the airport for a very good price compared to other taxi services.. Apartment itself looked very clean, modern and conveniently..It's got really everything you need. Very friendly owner with basic essentials already in apartment (coffee, sugar, toiletries etc). 10 minutes walk from the Main square / Old Town. 10 min taxi ride (£3) from bus and train stations. Excellent value.

  Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs.
