  Brilliant customer service - staff could not do more for us. Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time. The taxi to the airport on the way home (orga - We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

  The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless and so tastefully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to the nicest suite, I'd mentioned is was my husbands birthday the day we arrived and they left a box of delicious polish chocs as a gift for him.   From time of check in on Friday night to check out on Monday, we couldn't fault these apartments. They were modern, clean, safe, (code to get in and out), well equipped, we even had a bottle of beautiful wine waiting for us when we arrived, along with tea or coffee and the added touch of sweets on the bed was lovely.   Great location, some wonderful bars and restaurants on your doorstep - the bars especially were really individual and cool (Sewing Machine Bar esp), unlike the mass chains at home (and no noisy English drunks in this part of town!).
