  It was much nicer than one could expect from something typically called a hostel. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. We also found the location to be perfect - a short walk to the city center, Wawel Castle or Schindler's factory, and located in the Kazimierz district, yet away from the noise and distractions of its nightlife. They even have free bikes you can use. Recommended if travelling on a budget and want a basic but very comfortable and friendly hotel.

  The staff were all incredibly helpful, informative and polite. The room was huge and the balcony view was fantastic. The location is great. The lift was working and very useful! Friendly staff, comfortable, good price, fantastic location - they even let my son charge his iPhone up for the journey after we had checked out.
