Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.

Hotel Sabala is in a great location on the main street. Our room was quite spacious, nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and it included an omelet station. The hotel restaurant is better than most in town, and a nice change when you tire of the noise and music elsewhere.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with everything new. The staff was nice. The free dinner was really good: two types of pasta and two types of salad. Also the dinner time was good for meeting new people. The night plans they offer were good as well. Its a party hostel, but anyways its not so crazy and its possible to sleep.

What a wonderful break we had, took my mum away for a week to somewhere we both had not been before, what made this so special was the Home hotel, their staff and making us feel so welcome. What an amazing experience from some very passionate staff, from the rooms maids to the reception staff.
