This hotel is a real gem. Centrally located, stylish décor and really helpful staff. The hotel was warm and comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy. All the staff were first class. Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it.
The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in
the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly
and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera

Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

For most of our stay we were the only visitors and service except for meals was provided by the owners who could not do enough for us. We had breakfast and evening meals, which were both excellent, with good flexibility about timing. We would thoroughly recommend Liliowy Dwor to anybody who wants a small hotel in a quiet country location but close

A better than average *** hotel at a ** price. Excellent. Did not trythe restuarant apart from breakfst (cooked beakfast incl in the price).Temperature outside was -10Deg c (14f) but room was warm. It is a really good hotel with a professional, friendly staff. The reception staff were very helpful and did everything to make my stay a pleasant one. The hotel was very clean. Beautiful views, and tasty food, very good breakfast plenty of choice. For me is perfect.
