  The hotel is extremely clean (moreover, the lady who cleand our room was very kind), all the staff is really helpful and friendly and the food is fantastic. We spent a really nice time there and we will definitely come back again. What we would like to find in the hotel next time - is a kettle to make some tea in our room as we drink quite a lot o... what people say » f tea (but the hotel did not declare kettles anywhere, it is just our own idea and our own request). We would like to thank the staff for such a pleas - Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. I appreciated that the hotel was cosy and really clean, I liked the food (delicious dinners and breakfast - with a wide choice - really admirable for the hotel of this size - many thanks to the chef). We were also pleased that we found quite a lot of mineral water (still and sparkling) in the minibar - more than in other hotels. Thank you once more and we will come back again.

  Brilliant customer service - staff could not do more for us. Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time. The taxi to the airport on the way home (orga - We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

  The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us. Even plastic bags available.Fantastic s - The family were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble,breakfast was good and so well presented. Room was clean but small but not a problem location good not far to walk to main shopping and tourist areas. Very good restaurant so near to Joel, as the family they recommended to us .

  This hotel is a real gem. Centrally located, stylish décor and really helpful staff. The hotel was warm and comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy. All the staff were first class. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again. - Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

  We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... what people say » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

  Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the day but street is eerily empty at night. Take a cab for 15-20z... what people say » loty. Overall an amazing town in the mountains. Plan to wait driving as the streets are very busy during peak hours. Worth every penny though! Will ho - We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

  We stayed at the hotel in April and at that time there were relatively few other guests. However we were looked after excellently with a broad choice at breakfast and we also had dinner there on two occassions - these were amongst the best meals which we had in Poland.   The hotel made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. They have a jacuzzi that we used and the staff kept stressing they wanted to help us relax. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would happily stay there again. The breakfast included with the - The hotel is next to the entrance of the salt mine which is operated by the same organization. The hotel is designated as one of the historic hotels in Europe.
