The staff was great, one of the girls also speaks Spanish so you are not going to have problems with the language. The breakfast is quite good and the location is perfect, close to the city center, the awesome Stary Browar and also to the train station. Everything was perfect: I had a great time, the staff was friendly and nice, it was not loudy at all, I liked the decoration. I advice this hostel to everybody and I won't try to change hostel for my next trip in Poznan.
all reviews » Absolutely fantastic atmosphere, cozy hostel with all facilities desired. Fully equipped kitchen, clean rooms, good beds and laundry service. Best hostel I stayed so far. Helpful and friendly staff. Very friendly staff, great location, fantastic value for money! We were also really happy that we could park our car in the yard which was only accessible through a locked gate. Very Clean. Even if the bathrooms were shared they were ALWAYS perfect, at any time of the day or night. The staff is very friendly and and ready to assist. Very good location. Good price. Clean and cosy. Breakfast was included in price and was ok. Highly recommend for price sensible customers. very nice and friendly staff, tasty breakfast, loads of books in many languages, great atmosphere, close to public transport. very helpful and kind staff. They knew English and were quite well spoken. Also the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The best hostel I've ever stayed. My room and the living room are great! It is very clean and staff is really friendlly. Staff were very helpful, organised taxis for our group fr airport and supplied group with plenty of city information. I liked the picture of Mount Everest......the improvised party on the Friday night. The only thing we didn't like so much is that the room is too little for the four of us. You didn't have too many space to move or to put your luggage. I thought, surely my error, that I had the bathroom in my room. I did not expect to have a shared one, but when I saw how clean they were kept, day and night I accepted it without any further doubt. Private parking was advertised free, but actually was charged extra 10 PLN. Towels, soap, shampoo are for extra fee. leaving :). Would recommend to friends, a clean secure place for a city break. A bit loud. More of a party atmosphere than we like at a hostel, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. The internet on the pc was really slow. They had already taken the price from my credit card although I asked them by mail to pay in euro or in PLN. nothing. Dirty,disguisting bathrooms. the long 3 flights of stairs leading up (no lift)...the fact that there were many Polish people and yet no one said 'good morning back' nor spoke top me...just sat looking at me in silence.
