good breakfast, quiet location. No air-condition, hotel is described as "in center" but actually without taxi it is far away. OLD HOTEL NEEDS RENOVATION - AIR CONDITIONING NOT VERY GOOD - TAXI RIDE TO TOWN CENTER . pretty old room furnishings and air conditioning barely worked .
