Reception very friendly but limited English. letsbookhotel.com had listed a tea kettle in every room (which isn't the case), but the receptionist very kindly found us a kettle for our room.   I use this hotel every time, so I'm fully happy with all the aspects. The best value in town. Excellent location. Staff as usually helpful, with my additional requests (flower vase, wine glasses, wine opener, etc :) ). Highly recommended. Nice and clean, comfortable. - The location is amazing! It is right in the city center, great for sightseeing... what people say » !!! Staff speaks good english and is very nice. The hotel is new and the rooms are great for the money paid. Parking is also very secure and you can even park in an underground garage.

  Spacious room,very clean.Good service.Central location.Excellent. - The history of the building - the location and the breakfasts were good, showers excellent - for the money paid, location and accessability it was 9/10 also when it came to check out helpful and useful that lugae was able to be left until early evening - as flight was 8.40 pm.
