  I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again - Everyt... what people say » hing.   We got a really good deal for two nights.the staff were so friendly and helpful.there was washing machine and dryer.rooms were very spacious clean and trendy.was 20min walk to the old town and was raining heavy when we stayed however the girl at reception organised the tour buses to pick us up right outside the door which was perfect.would definit... what people say » ely stay here again. - The staff were really pleasant , there's nothing they wouldn't do for you. Tours such as that to auschwitz and the saltmines ran directly from the hotel via bus at a great rate.
