Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram.

Everything. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. We had an adorable apartment that with an extra cot or two could easily accomodate a family with a couple of small children. It was very clean and quiet at night. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. They washed a couple loads of laundry for us as it was the second stop of a 3 city vacation for my son and I. Nice hotel with all the important details like wifi, nice bath, nice beds, nice service, helpful staff, secure -however expensive- parking, coffee and the in the room. The room was very clean and modern with brilliant self-catering facilities. The breakfast was fantastic as it was very traditional and in plentiful supply. - I stayed there with my sister for three night and found that the staff were lovely always polite and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble i would certainly recommend the hotel.

I especially liked the location - right in the centre of Krakow, walking discance to the Old Town and to the shopping mall.
Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding sightseeing and places to eat.
Other than that, apartments are very cozy and you feel like home.
