  The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is amazing for the price just off the main square. And on the south side so closer to the Jewish quarter, Castle etc. I recommend room 8 for a party of up to 5 and would stop here again if I visit Krakow agai... what people say » n - Staff we helpful, spoke great English.   Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely girl who was full of maps, suggestions & recommendations (a few of which we tried out & they didn't disappoint!). It was quite a few fl... what people say » ights up to the apartment (worth keeping in mind for anyone with difficulties in this area but they did have lower level apartments). The apartment it - The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms. Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you. Wonderful place. The apartment was simply incredible - tastefully designed mixing modern

  The apartment was central to all amenities and away from the busier squares but very close to the many squares,restaurants and markets. The view was superb and facilities were more than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. We got quick helpful responses to a couple of emailed queries before our visit, and this was matched by the friendly welcome from the receptionist on our arrival. The apartment was well-kitted out, and very comfortable - the efficient 24 hour heating was especially welcome during our January stay!

  The location is PERFECT. About 30 seconds walk from the Main market square. Everything in Krakow that you'd want to see you can walk to from here.   Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.   Faultless accommodation though if you want reception facilities they are very close by but not on the premises. The location of the apartments was unbeatable-across from University buildings and within 400 metres of old square. We had a rear facing apartment and it was quiet and restful.
