My appartement was in Szpitalna street (they have the apartements in different houses in the old town), 1 min. walk from Main Square.   The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is amazing for the price just off the main square. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square.   Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely girl who was full of maps, suggestions & recommendations (a few of which we tried out & they didn't disappoint!). The apartment it - The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms. Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you. Wonderful place. The apartment was simply incredible - tastefully designed mixing modern

  The apartment was central to all amenities and away from the busier squares but very close to the many squares,restaurants and markets. The view was superb and facilities were more than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. Security was excellent, doors had double locks and each apartment had keys for the lift and the shared door (between 2 apart... what people say » ments) free safe and internet access- great!! - We loved staying in an apartment full of character and charm, rather than a modern hotel. We got quick helpful responses to a couple of emailed queries before our visit, and this was matched by the friendly welcome from the receptionist on our arrival. The apartment was well-kitted out, and very comfortable - the efficient 24 hour heating was especially welcome during our January stay!

  The location is PERFECT. About 30 seconds walk from the Main market square. Everything in Krakow that you'd want to see you can walk to from here. Also made is very convenient if we needed to pop back for lunch/a nap! its also very spacious for two people.   Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.   Wonderful people and beautiful place. Lots to do and see, a must for a city break. The apartments are lovely. High ceilings and original coving. Really pretty and everything was spotless. Big comfy bed and lots of space. Peter was extremely helpful. We used Krakville Tours which were excellent too. I have stayed in hotels in SLovenia, Thailand, Paris, Barcelona, Turkey, Italy, Lebanon, Australia and Jordan in the past two years and no hotel has offered the friendly staff of Hotel Unicus. I don't think I have stayed in a Hotel which impressed me more in terms of the st - a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...
