Excellent location. Design - just great! Impossible to meet in any hotel room. Very modern. Perfect service. Brand new building. Clean. Pure comfort. the design of the building, use of brick, stone etc to retain the 'old' feel of the place whilst having all modern comforts, roof top bar, swimming pool, size of rooms - All I can say is wow!!! The hotel is beautiful, and is situated ina perfect location. The staff was very helpful, and everyone wasvery friendly

Great staff! Arrived at 7 am, and the receptionist arrived early to let
me in. She also took plenty of time to give me great advice on what to
see/do in Krakow. Also my room was ready upon arrival early in the
morning. The staff of Komorowski really go the extra mile on service and
arranging things for you.

The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique. -
The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!
