The room was quiet at the back of the building looking out on back gardens of neighbouring properties. Helpful and friendly staff with fantastic previsit assistance.. Conveniently and sufficiently centrally located. One of the most pleasant city places I have ever stayed in.

Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram.

Everything. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. We had an adorable apartment that with an extra cot or two could easily accomodate a family with a couple of small children. It was very clean and quiet at night. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. They washed a couple loads of laundry for us as it was the second stop of a 3 city vacation for my son and I. Stayed in these Apartments from Thurs 28th - Sun 1st Dec 2013, would highly recommend! Have stayed in apartments in London and Liverpool and although they were fine they weren't as good as the AAA Apartments. Everything was spotlessly clean and bed linen so fresh. Aparment was located in a quiet and calm area. Near to old town and the main square, walking distance 10 minutes. Near to a little supermarket, open to 23:00. The apartment was nice and clean, very good standard and have a good helpful staff.

Location of the Hotel is excellent - close to the Main Square and within walking distance to the Shopping Mall and the attractions. The Airport bus is just down the street and is only a Euro compared to Euro 20 for a taxi ride.
Room is spacious and bathroom is clean and well maintained.
