  As one of the memeber sof the party was an elderly person, and needed to rest, it was very useful to have the space the apartment gave us without feeling claustrophobic about being 'stuck' in a hotel room. It was also good to be so near the centre. The flat was simple but very clean and confortable. I would recommend it to anyone. Its a great deal at about 34euro per night, at first the location looked a little scary but it was not at all, it was an amazing stay for an amazing price.

The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

  Great customer service and understanding. We called up on the evening of arrival, saying that we cannot arrive tonight, as due to unforeseen circumstances our car broke 200km from Krakow. We asked if we could cancel the reservation, even though the cancellation deadline is 24h upfront. Super cool and quite unusual - Location was superb, two minutes from the centre square. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful (we had a problem with my brother arriving from a different destination and missing a plane; we also changed appartments as the first one was very noisy with a night club opposite). The flats were very spacious and ideal for small groups of people. Value for money was superb for property right in the centre of the town.

  We have stayed in the hotel for 1 night only, needing a good place to sleep somewhere in the centre of town. The parking is on site, which is a big plus when you travel by car - dont have to leave it outside on the street as in many other places in Krakow. Wifi, well equipped gym (didnt use it though :-) ), good breakfast (no eggs or sausages, but... what people say » toasts, fresh coffee, cold meals and big plus for 'drozdzowki' - polish will understand). The most of all, hotel is in great location - just go out a - I absolutely loved this Hotel. As a gym fanatic I was impressed with the facilities 24/7 (and even classes) the staff were incredible, couldn't do enough for you...advice on places to go, booking cabs, and sending my hat back that I left in the room. The room although small was clean, comfortable and modern, the breakfast was basic but I had my own porridge with me anyway and the staff let me use the microwave...thank you Atlantic, I will be back soon!!!!

  It had an excellent, friendly staff, who were always very helpful. It was well-located, and within a few minutes walk of the main square, yet situated on a quiet street. Extra points for the excellent air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the extreme heat and humidity in Krakow this August. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well.   I stayed for one week at the Abra apartment, they picked me up from the airport for a very good price compared to other taxi services.. Apartment itself looked very clean, modern and conveniently..It's got really everything you need.
