  As soon as I booked this apartment, I received an email from the hotel asking if my husband and I needed a transfer from the airport. This was a very kind gesture because it made it very easy for us to not have to worry about finding a ride to the hotel. I had also requested a room on the garden side of the hotel as I am pregnant and wanted a quie... what people say » ter nights sleep (after reading the the city center side was a bit more loud), and as requested, the hotel provided us with a room on the back side. T - We stayed in Krakow at May. Hotel occupies the 1st floor in old building. There are two types of rooms with view on the internal yard or on the street. Both are ok. Yard is silent (bird's songs at the morning). Noise till to 4-5 a.m. from the street in the second case (no condition system - window was open at the night), more vital and dynamic view. Ideal location (close to the Market Square and Wawel Castle). Good helpful staff. Facilities are ok. Good ratio price-quality.

  Exellent hostel! We stayed at countryside styled double room and it was spacious, full of light and with a wonderful view from the window. Everything was extremely clean. Lovely atmosphere.   Great customer service and understanding. We called up on the evening of arrival, saying that we cannot arrive tonight, as due to unforeseen circumstances our car broke 200km from Krakow. We asked if we could cancel the reservation, even though the cancellation deadline is 24h upfront. Super cool and quite unusual - Location was superb, two minutes from the centre square. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful (we had a problem with my brother arriving from a different destination and missing a plane; we also changed appartments as the first one was very noisy with a night club opposite). The flats were very spacious and ideal for small groups of people. Value for money was superb for property right in the centre of the town.
