  The Qubus hotel is a fantastic hotel in every way imaginable. Right from the friendly staff through to the tastefully decorated modern rooms, it was a great experience. Great location, you can walk along the river to the castle and then into town really easily. Staff are excellent and all speak English. We organised airport transfers and a transfer to Auschwitz with "Krakow Shuttles" over the web, and it was a piece of cake; very reliable.

  We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... what people say » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

  Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good.
