  Landlord, Adam, was very obliging and very proud of the work he had done to this charming 2nd floor apartment, which was very much 'work in progress'. 3 well-proportioned double bedrooms, modern bathroom and kitchen and small balcony. Pleasant view from bedrooms. Dead handy for railway station and town centre, with free parking. - Adam is great!!... what people say » ! He arranged everything for us, excursions, tips what to do and he picked us up at the airport and brought us back to the airport. Also the apartment is situated near the train and busstation and is near the city-center (5 - 10 minutes walking) and near some good restaurants. Again thank you Adam!

  I travelled to Krakow with my sister - it was her 1st time but my 3rd! I chose these apartments mainly because of the central location. Krakow and it's vibrant Market Square is one of my favourite places which I have visited, topped only by the sites of Rome. The apartment we were allocated (V13) was close to perfect. It was clean and had every amenity necessary to make our stay comforta - Easy access to Market Square (around 50 metres); apartments stylishly fitted out, very quiet, airconditioned and well equipped; reception staff very helpful assisting with taxi to/from train station and with précised directions, close to the restaurants of Market Square, close to the central railway shopping and to main shopping centre and close to the wonderful Cracow Concert events which happen around the area.

The locatios of the hotel is perfect, not in the main square, instead at a 10 min walking distance, which I do prefere. - Location in the center, really close to Wawel and Stare Miasto, with tram stop in 20m. Quite comfortable and very clean, but cold.

  Great hotel for it's price! We paid a little extra for the deluxe room and it was a really decent size! Bathroom was insanely huge and very nice! Breakfast in the morning was nice with plenty of options. Location was really excellent and very central to all shops, markets and attractions.   Excellent hotel in every aspect. Easy to find, large parking (however, no free parking options there), fine rooms. They have a PC in every room which is used for the internet, and the monitor as a TV. - Although a bit out of the center, the hotel was actually quite a discovery. Spacious, stylish, clean. Excellent, certainly for business travellers.

  Nice place. Good choice if you want value for money. Luxuary apartmant with sweat kitchen. If you want to centre of Kralow train station is just accros street. It is about 15-20min ride. It's good because I tried went by car to very close place and you need even more time. Traffic is uuff. You get faster with public transportation. It is virtually new in 2013. Everything about the Hotel was great. Friendly and helpful desk clerks. I would recommend all people going Krakow to consider the Vanilla Aparthotel. Dinner at the Vanilla was quite good. I had no complaints about the quality of the food. I have great video of the place if you would like to see it.

  I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone.   The location was brilliant and we were close to everything which was a real plus. Staff were also very friendly and helpful with great English. Accommodation was great, a good size and very comfortable. The wifi was a plus.
