Robert the owner was very efficient in answering any queries that we had. He ensured our stay was comfortable. Location was perfect, approx 15 minute walk from the old town and 2 minutes from the jewish quarter. Apartments wer clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location is just perfect for tourism, as well as very close to the rail / bus stations. Staff is freindly, helpful and English speaking. The quadraple room is indeed big and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonably good and even great given it is a hostel. Very good value for money. -

dishwashing machine, electric cooker, electric kettle, as well as all
kitchen appliances (plates, forks, pots etc.), tea, coffee. Moreover,
you will be provided by houseowner with guide-books and maps for free)))

Location is fantastic with tram stop just outside the front door and easy access into the city centre. And located just off main entrance / exit road into Krakow so easy access, no need for sat nav.
Facilities were more than perfect, basically a flat with everything you need for a lengthy stay.
Car Parking was also available nearby. -

Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. Great location, cheap and cheerful as you would expect. It seemed a bit like the family owned the top-floor and have modified half of their property into a little hostel. A hint if you can't get into the hostel or nobody is in reception; the family seem to live just across the landing. -
