Fantastic apartment. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone. Even down to small touches such as fresh orange juice in the fridge on arrival and an umbrella in the apartment(the only thing we had forgotten to pack).

Excellent location, service and great vibe! The Devil is in the detail: iPod with spotify premium account, fresh juice and milk waiting in the fridge... I am impressed!

Location is perfect so that we could reach everywhere easily. Also staff(Michał) is so nice and kind. Facility is lovely for young couple and decorated with hifi stereo system.

From the first correspondence to the last moment when I handed back the keys I can honestly say that the service was professional & informative. And the appartment meet my every need, it was clean, warm, modern and close enough to everywhere for me to walk to. I would stay here again for sure.

I didn't like that fact that I couldn't stay longer!!!!!

The owners of this particular hotel/apartments are great people. They were fun to talk with and answered every question I had about Krakow and sites to see. They were available at every hour of every day even though they were not always at location

very comfortable room. good location, a few mins work to the shopping center.fast internet connection.

no security. only apartment, they leave a room key and that's all. for holidays with whole family it is good, but not recommended for single travellers, especially female.

I felt like staying at home at Laiko apartments. Fantastic support from Michal in regards arrivals and city insides. Amazing fresh orange juice for welcoming.

I loved the location. 2 mins from main train station, 5 mins from bus station and 5 mins from the old town. The apartment was spacious and clean and the owner Jarek was very helpful. there were all the basic facilities in the apartment and we loved our stay in Krakow and Laiko apartments.

The design of the room is top notch and the location is a three minute walk from the old town. A complimentary bottle of freshly squeezed orange juice was very nice. Jarek made us feel very welcome during our short stay.

With their innovative decorating solutions, Laiko Apartments is a relaxing and harmonious place. Quiet and free from annoying city traffic with good public parking possibilities. Personal and dedicated staff, amazing welcome!

Lovely apartment. Gorgeous welcome by Michal who was really friendly and very accommodating. Perfectly clean, spacious & modern. Wifi worked fine. The gift of the freshly squeezed orange juice was much appreciated. The location near the bus/train station and only 10 minutes walk from the main square was ideal. Nothing to fault. Hope to return. Very highly recommended!!!

A chic loft style apartment with designed simplicity and high standard for cleanliness. The owner Michał went the extra mile to help with traveller's needs.

The apartment was very modern, kind of industrial chic. Nice touches with several teas and coffees and fresh juice provided. There was plenty of space, and it was in a quiet location. It was a short walk to main stations, city centre and shops.

No elevator, but hosts were happy to carry bags up several flights of stairs.

Very stylish, clean, tidy and conveniently located 5 mins from Florians Gate. The rooms are a good size and every usual convenience is available as well as some nice extra touches. Gracious host Michal made sure that everything was up to an excellent standard. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Krakow.

By far the best apartment in Krakow. I travel here regularly and on this occasion I was blown out by quality of service and attention to detail that owner put while decorating apartment

The location in the old Post Office just next door to both train station and the Old Town is impeccable. The room is designed using elements from the building like the lamps from the basement and the safe door. Although it is located almost in the center, it's a quiet place with windows facing a nice green area. The owners are extremely nice and helpful with recommending places to eat, etc. But the cherry on the cake was for me a bottle of freshly squeezed juice for breakfast along with the selection of fantastic teas and excellent coffee at guest's disposal. I will certainly stay there once I am back in Krakow. It was truly a pleasure.

One tiny inconvenience is lack of the possibility for electronic payment. I could also imagine that people with disabilities might have trouble climbing the stairs as it is not allowed to put an elevator in the building. However, the owner mentioned that they are just finishing two additional apartments in the outbuilding, so this problem will get resolved by itself.

it was really good to stay at Laiko Appartment. it was very quiet place located right in the city center of Krakow. The staff was really really good and willing to help. I think it is a perfect place to stay if you want to combine cultural visit of Krakow and shopping activities. The appartment was really clean and i enjoyed a lot the design of it. It is a very modern place inside an old building. If i have to go back to Krakow i would go back to Laiko Appartment without any doubt.

Very clean. Good inclusions eg various teas, fresh coffee, able to cook something on hotplate. Salt and pepper provided. Good quality shower gel and shampoo provided. Easy access to Old Town, railway and buses and Galleria shopping centre. Quiet place.

The renovations in the entrance and corridor was a little off putting at first, but was not a problem at all - the apartment was excellent.

A great place to stay, with an extremely central location. Good value for its price. Furniture and amenities are modern and useful, including an Italian stove-top espresso maker, coffee and teas. The bed is big and comfortable and the wireless is working properly. The hosts welcome you with a fresh bottle of orange juice and they have even thought of fresh milk for your coffee. More importantly, my host, Michal, is an extremely friendly and helpful guy. He not only hooked me up with a nice gym closeby but when I asked him if there are any places for a morning run, he offered to join me so that he could show me around. He gave me great tours of Krakow the next few days and showed me some of his favorite places to hang out, eat, etc. This made my stay unforgettable and I made a friend for life. Highly recommended!!

Was very great to stay at Laiko and will stay there again if I go to Krakow. The interior is pretty cool I love it. The care taker, Jerek, is very friendly kind and helpful. The room was clean in a good location. It make me feel like home. It was just like you stay at your friend's place rather than rented apartment. Really like it ... Highly recommended !!!!
