Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was very cold and we were immediately moved to another room.Staff gave good advice re tours etc. All spoke excellent English.Convenient location. Breakfast was plentiful.Re tea/coffee in room - see below - there was no milk provided but when asked the receptionist got some from the kitchen and brought it to the room. Great location. Comfortable and clean room. Free drinking water. Goodbreakfast. Friendly staff.

However as soon as one was available we were given it.poor air-conditioning. We would have found a bar/lounge an advantage, but that is a very minor issue with so many excellent cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk in any direction.Nothing relevant.
