  The staff of the Hotel Alef was fantastic. They were all (and that is rare) incredible friendly and helpful and were willing to organize everything in a blink of an eye. They answered my e-mails sent before the trip promptly.The room was very basic, but perfectly clean and the bathroom was renovated. Location was perfect, right beside the castl - The hotel Alef was extremely clean and had charm and character, with great paintings and ornaments throughout. I loved the power shower and had no complaints with the breakfast buffet~ simple but effective. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking into Krakow centre. The staff were nice and helpful and my group of friends and I would certainly stop again :)

They called a company on our behalf and we had a hire car brought to the hotel for a cheaper price than that quoted with the more well known firms (where... what people say » we would have to collect it from the airport or their offices). - Hotel rooms are very cozy also are supplied with all necessary things (hair dryer, conditioner, heater, tv, inter-net, etc.). Hotel is located very close to the big shopping centre (Krakow Gallery), to Railway- station and historical Old Town. Friendly unostentatious staff and excellent value for money!

  Apartment is perfectly located 10 mins from Old Town and 10 mins from Jewish Quarter. Don't be put off by the entrance into the Courtyard it gives it an authentic Eastern European feel.
