  Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The breakfast provided each morning, and served to us in our room, was plentiful and varied with breads,meat cheese, fruit,... what people say » yoghurt, jams and spreads. The apartments are renovated in a lovely contemporary style. I would highly recommend Novum House and will definitely sta - Despite we thought we have booked a double room apartment (something was wrong when I booked on letsbookhotel.com), we actually enjoyed our stay. Your willingness to do whatever was required to make our stay as comfortable as expected is something we appreciate. It’s a nice place, you all are very kind and it’s on a unbeatable location. For sure we’ll stay again when we come back to this nice city.

  Friendly and helpful staff, fluid english spoken. The locatios of the hotel is perfect, not in the main square, instead at a 10 min walking distance, which I do prefere. - Location in the center, really close to Wawel and Stare Miasto, with tram stop in 20m. Quite comfortable and very clean, but cold.

  Staff was very friendly. The cafe downstairs was a nice place to sit and have a drink. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, they do not clean and change linen or towels during your stay (we stayed 4 nights), but this was O.K. with us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow! - It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.

  Faultless accommodation though if you want reception facilities they are very close by but not on the premises. The location of the apartments was unbeatable-across from University buildings and within 400 metres of old square. We had a rear facing apartment and it was quiet and restful.   The location was excellent in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the centre. The staff could not do enough to help especially the ladies working in reception. It was clean and the Hotel is not to the Main Train Station which is also the main place for any other destination from and to Krakow. - Air-conditioned, clean and comfortable.
