Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram.

Everything. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. We had an adorable apartment that with an extra cot or two could easily accomodate a family with a couple of small children. It was very clean and quiet at night. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. They washed a couple loads of laundry for us as it was the second stop of a 3 city vacation for my son and I. I really liked the stuff: They were really friendly and helpful, my room
was clean. And though I stayed at a 6-beds room it was not overcrowded.
Sometimes there were only two of us in the room. -
The hostel is so clean and accoutred. The staff is really friendly and kind. I love this hostel. It's really good.

Stayed in these Apartments from Thurs 28th - Sun 1st Dec 2013, would highly recommend! Have stayed in apartments in London and Liverpool and although they were fine they weren't as good as the AAA Apartments. Everything was spotlessly clean and bed linen so fresh. Aparment was located in a quiet and calm area. Near to old town and the main square, walking distance 10 minutes. Near to a little supermarket, open to 23:00. The apartment was nice and clean, very good standard and have a good helpful staff.

Nice place. Good choice if you want value for money. Luxuary apartmant with sweat kitchen. If you want to centre of Kralow train station is just accros street.
It is about 15-20min ride. It's good because I tried went by car to very close place and you need even more time. Traffic is uuff. You get faster with public transportation. All in one:

We found the Hotel to be one of the best Hotels we stayed in while in Europe. It is virtually new in 2013. Everything about the Hotel was great. Friendly and helpful desk clerks. I would recommend all people going Krakow to consider the Vanilla Aparthotel. Dinner at the Vanilla was quite good. I had no complaints about the quality of the food. I have great video of the place if you would like to see it.
