I like how the owner of the hotel and his staff are open to feedback and use it to improve the hotel and their services. It is also nice that they have their own restaurant, with an affordable price and a café. They even have a pool and spa massage for you although its quite expensive for me. The hotel rate is practical especially for the standard room. We met the owner and he was accommodating enough to listen to my husband's feedback on how he can improve his hotel. all reviews » When staying, we loved the "at home" feeling while resting. We did not experience hard time sleeping that we feel in other hotel. The staffs were all kind and easy to approach. The food was great! :). We, with my partner, enjoyed our massage. We also enjoyed the food and the ambiance. Overall, its a great experience. It was serene and budget friendly.. Staff were great.. Access to the town was easy and was by either jeepney or motorised tricycle, only 1 taxi was seen over 3 days. What my husband and I didn't like is the idea of not having a fridge in a standard room. And they said they only have it in premier and other higher room rates. We told them what if we have medication or baby with us for the formula? And the breakfast that they included on your accommodation was good value only if they serve it hot and not stone cold. Room is so small for a queen bed.. Exhaust in the bathroom doesnt work well. The DVD player don't work and the parking is dusty. Must put a cement the whole parking and driveway. The sink has a dripping water whenever in use. Location,road upon entrance. Nothing. hopefully for the room service of food would be 24 hrs.......because at night like me i dont have car and i crave at night u cant serve food....and i cant go to other place to eat 1st i dont have car...and only at night not to much jeep and trycle....not good for people without car..... Small parking. Photos of establishment make it and the rooms look good, however.....deluxe rooms they are not. The rooms are small and very basic with TV and airco unless you book a much higher priced room. 2200 pesos for a basic small room or 5000 - 6000 for a suite type room. On a comparison basis, prices are inflated due to the tourism aspect of the lake and volcanic craters. There is no tea/coffee making facilities or bar fridge in the smaller rooms. My advice would be to shop around. the voice of the service boy is too loud, and we taught , he is about to deliver us our bfast.. we wake up quickly.. but after opening the door he is knocking on the other room.. A lot of noise in the hotel and wifi in the room not working. the amenities of the hotel particularly the swimmming pool is not available during the stay/visit... they should inform their guests if the amenities/amenity is not available so the guests can change their plans; they (staff members) informed us during the check in time when in fact they told us that swimming pool is available during the reservation time. The beedrom standart no good ,i want change paye beedrom luxury hotel no accept because in august beedrom luxury good price -1000php.i have make 4 resa hotel for18days in philippines 2resa with agoda and 2resa with booking. Agoda alright,booking no good now you know what i think.
