  The pool was nice and especially the sauna was excellent! The room was,nice and big with big windows. Good selection of tv-channels. Beware, there's another hotel called Herald Suites (not Solana). Our taxi insisted on taking us there even though we gave the correct address. But the hotel staff paid for our taxi to the correct hotel which was very... what people say » nice. The service in general was excellent. - Second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room is fabulous – big, with shower and bath. Staff helpful and accommodating and not in your face. The location is something that might not appeal to everyone as it's a short taxi ride to most lively places, but I like it because it's set in an everyday Filipino suburb.

  Friendly, helpful staff. Good price, I felt safer there than the last place I stayed at. Comfy bed. Room service, dinner was really tasty. Quite a cultural hub, close to Intramuros, Divisoria markets, Mall, Manilla Ocean park, cafes and restaurants bars with cultural dance performances. They even have Ballroom dance lessons in the hotel. I thought... what people say » I'd give it a go and it was fun. There's even a cabinet of dancing heels to choose from. - The staff are polite, friendly, courteous and helpful. I requested a quiet room and the front desk clerk secure it for me. Ms. Lim was very nice and patient.

  They upgraded us to 3 bedroom suite at no charge. They provided another unit after the noon checkout for us to use before we had to leave for the airport; again at no charge. The employees were great & went out of their way to be helpful. And they are 100% trustworthy and honest individuals. Short walk from the Pedro-Gil LRT and plenty of taxis at the mall too. Really safe and secure with 24hr security on the front door to the apartments. Extremely comfy bed. Overall an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend.

  Excellent location, with taxi fares between 75 - 180 pesos (the higher end if you take a metered airport - yellow - taxi) to the airport, varying based on which terminal you go to. The staff was excellent in their help for carrying luggage, having a taxi to go somewhere, and even helping with a recommendation for a nearby restaurant or convenience... what people say » store. - The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The Air-con worked well and the shower was large. The staff in the morning was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was greeted at the Airport upon my arrival by the driver and returned the next day to the airport for only P-600. Very professional service.
