-This is our 3rd visit, will come visit again soon... -The hotel is situated centrally to all areas, shopping (SM Aura + Market-Market + BGC shops), hospital, play area etc... -The resto a bit crampy, but the buffet was great ... -Staff very friendly -Love the pool... -Atmosphere of the location was fantastic, very family friendly... I liked that the staff was accommodating when my credit card didn't work and I asked them to wait till I get the money wired to me in Manila to pay for my room. All staff members gave excellent and warm service. Those are important when you are a new city and are still finding your footing. Location was superb!.

Elevator situation is no problem, if you have half a brain, and can read simple instructions.The Staff is as good as any 4 * hotel, and location can not be better in BGC.Breakfast is fantastic!. I really enjoyed the clean room, extremely friendly staff, wonderful amenities, and great restaurant food. I also liked the view of the city and the location was quiet and very close to shopping. I will stay again. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was located ideally for our needs and we used the hotel a number of times between visits to various islands in the Philippines. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room to a suite which was great. The area has loads of restaurants, bars and shops. The pool and gym were lovely. Cozy, clean, relatively cheaper, good location, modern minimalist zen style rooms, cafeteria design good. Food is good. Location is Amazing... Hard to say. -Called reception at 12 midnight to dispatch a maintenance staff due to faulty a/c - minor problem with the controls, the temp was automatically reverting to a previous setting. No one came, we had to reboot the a/c manually ourselves. -Suggest to improve the gym, a bit crowded with 5 people... I was under impression from web site that dvd player and microwave would be in my Fort Suite, but this was not the case. When I asked at desk I was told mgt is working on that.Had I known, I'd have brought portable dvd for 2 small kids. I didn't like all the construction going on still with the building. It was annoying at times but its a new building and a heavy developing area so I just managed. It was quite expensive.... But I don't know how this compares to other hotels in Manila. Nobody supervising swimming pool area. Dress code and guest public display of attention need to be continuously monitored. Room service and Breakfast could use a look at as I was very disappointed because the rest if the Hotel is great... So many great food places nearby.. Found a cockroach when I opened our room door next morning. Elevators were really slow and time consuming. Very lax security that strangers would ride the elevator with u and you would feel like you're being followed. No way of determining whether they were hotel guests or just wandering around the hotel. Very worn out bath towels provided. None. Front desk was not very accomodating, food was mediocre. The front desk is suppose to be in the ground floor not 5th floor. Difficulty in finding a taxi very easily. Hotel steel under construction and the staff steel new but it's ok. construction work outside. Cost of the hotel and the lifts are very slow. Elevators are really poor Reception is on 5th floor, you have to get used to it :-). it is a little bit far away from shopping center. nothing!. Parking is stressful being in fifth level down below. to negotiate in a narrow droveway is not a good first impression of a hotel to experience. would suggest valet parking for all hotel guest. even for a fee will do. elevator access is really confusing. suggest further information from front desk be given to all guest prior to going to respective rooms. The staffs in the restaurant serving the breakfast is lacking in initiative. They are not attentive enough. Would rate the service 4 out of 10. * elevator going to the restaurant doesn't work, the comfort room of the first room that was assigned to us smells bad. We asked to move and they gave us a smaller room. Room had a joining door and therefore no privacy. Food and beverage expensive. hard to find taxi. Price too hight plus u have to wait long times for the elevators. No bath even in Suite. Poor furnishings. Poor food. Overpriced, rated as 5 star, no way,once all the additional charges were added on top of initila advertised price it was $1000 Australia dollars for 5 nights... Should be up front pricing....overpriced for manila. No wifi service , very poor. Over charging for terrible cuisine. Elevators are. A 20 minute wait when peak hours. Breakfast is terrible. The lifts were stupid beyond belief. Signage on the lifts was poor, they never went to where we wanted to go. The air conditioning in the public halls were sub zero and very un pleasant The hotel was way over priced. It is no where near 5 star. The pool did not look clean. The water was a murkey blue. facility is old and not clean. staff hospitality is well below my expectation. its grand floor is narrow and noisy. front reception is slow service. not well trained. Bad location. Bad reputation. Bad facility. Certianly not 5star, nor 4star. Definitely you do not wanna stay if you care for how others think of you.
