  I have stayed at 100's of hotels....some were 5 stars and some were 2 stars...in my opinion the stars dont matter...all that matters is that this is one of the nicest hotel/resorts I have stayed at...thankyou to the staff for making my stay soo enjoyable... :) - Very good place for kids - lots of activities for them, and there were lifeguards all... what people say » over the swimming areas too...it was great that they gave a very flexible late check-out time as well!

  Overall this was one of the best family holidays we had! -idea of Seawater lagoon which gets warmed up with spa water was excellent! - Staff (everyone working in the resort was very friendly and helpful) - We used babysitter/personal assistant service for our 18 m.o. daughter and girls was so friendly and my daughter loved them - Spa and massage!!... what people say » ! - Food was good and prices are very reasonable overall! - night shows along with different type of BBQ/ dinners was excellent! - The reservation work perfectly. They pick us up at the airport without us knowing it at no charge ,staff very friendly and no tipping required.Very nice and relax atmosphere.(no pressure)
