  The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even let us check-in early for free and gave us a great room location. The guards outside were also very helpful in pointing us to the direction that we wanted to go. Memory foam beds were very comfortable and clean, as well as the pillows and comforter. Their room service food was affordable f... what people say » or the serving they give. We had to order some when we woke up in the middle of the night and had nothing to eat. Location is great. Just across the - A very comfortable place to stay with very courteous, helpful staff who easily went out of their way to assist and please their guests. I stayed there during the recent earthquake and was very impressed by the professional manner in which the situation was managed and very impressed by the generosity shown by the management during the crisis. I would have no problem in recommending the hotel to anyone and look forward to my next visit there.

  "Stayed 2 nights at the Alpa City Suites having moved from another hotel nearby. Check In was swift and very efficient. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable with good quality fittings. There is a nice little Kitchenette with Fridge and Microwave provided. Aircon is a Thru-Wall unit, quite noisy with limited temperature control but it is efficien... what people say » t. TV has a good selection of channels. Bathroom is large and water pressure is quite good. Breakfast is a basic buffet with fairly limited choices, b - The staff was unbelievable, they went out there way to help, very friendly and attentive. Especially Maya at front desk and OJT's Kathy and Genie and Rose in restaurant as well as pelzuneI think I spelled his name wrong. The room was kept extremely clean and orderly by housekeeping. The door man and security always helped opening hotel doors, taxi door and securing taxis. Breakfast buffet was awesome and had plenty of food, and restaurant was extremely clean.
