Overall this was one of the best family holidays we had! -idea of Seawater lagoon which gets warmed up with spa water was excellent! - Staff (everyone working in the resort was very friendly and helpful) - We used babysitter/personal assistant service for our 18 m.o. daughter and girls was so friendly and my daughter loved them - Spa and massage!!! - Food was good and prices are very reasonable overall! - night shows along with different type of BBQ/ dinners was excellent!.

They pick us up at the airport without us knowing it at no charge ,staff very friendly and no tipping required.Very nice and relax atmosphere.(no pressure). I like the lagoons and pools. There so many of them. My 4 years old son really enjoyed it. This is an amazing resort with much to offer. The food and spa are fantastic. I like the entire resort. They didn't put a clear and bigger sign that their so uncomfortable slippers is good as sold if you open it. expensive. Good for families only. The charge you extra for every thing. you are not alowed to bring anything from the out side in to the resort,prices in the resort on normal water of food is high,letsbookhotel.com confirmation details is not good and should have more details when you book, Plantation bay was difficult to arrange annything in advance. The development is not nicely done, decoration looks really man made and pictures look really nicer compair to reality. The place is not well maintained. The Service is ok but not fantastic. The hotel does not provide drinking water so you have to buy it! The hotel is not well located so not any convenient shop nearby. We did the check in to stay 4nights, we checked the place and 1 h after we decided to checkout the next morning to go to a cheaper and nicer resort nearby.
