Very friendly staff, elderly couple who are doing their best to give you a very good feeling. The location is hard to find, but once there it's like a little paradise. The house was clean, very close to the beach and in the more quiet part of the island. Only 10 / 15 min walking to station 2. I can really reccomand this place to everyone!. Overall, it was a lovely place which was clean and good AC/Fan facilities. WIFI was great and it had a family atmosphere. Friendly owner and staff. The location is ideal for kids 3yrs > The place is 5 mins from the beach and eatery. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
all reviews » - really laid back atmosphere - small terrace to ourselves with hammock, very clean bathroom - location: a bit isolated from all the craziness of station 1 and 2, in a nicer part of White Beach. Just nice bungalow and good location plus good breakfast what you enjoy at your balcony , nice lady owner also provide laundry service for little charge , drinks also cheaper what on the beach. Rooms were nice with good balcony. Staff nice, polite and helpful. The lady owner was lovely and went out of her way to help or cater for any requests. I like the design of their Bungalow. The owners are very accommodating & their staff. The hotel is really nearby the beach en cheap for what you pay, its include a breakfas. Quiet & comfortable place. On one night there was another guest who was drunk and loud. As the place is small, it could be heard throughout the complex. He woke us at 2am and continued for a few hours. Size of room restricted by the addition of an extra single bed. Not enough or well placed electrical sockets near the desk. Very small and old TV. Overall very poor value for money. Moved to an adjacent guest house with a bigger room and a much better price for our last 2 nights on Boracay. Room not serviced everyday. the location is very far from the center of Boracay.. The price I paid for via Bookimg.com was twice as high then the most luxurious hotels right on the beach. I paid PH 7.000 for three nights and the average price was 3.500 for three nights. A bit far to bars and restaurants. breakfast too basic. bed not enough padding, very thin mattress. mostly you can get better rates if you just walk in and look around. of couse not during high season which starts march 15th. the room the evening atmosphere. Small, not comfortable rooms old bad-looking rooms. very hot. I made a note (in letsbookhotel.com) that we will be arriving late at night because we had a late arrival in Caticlan. upon arrival, we were told by the owner that he was already asleep and was disturb by our arrival. We didn't expect this comment because it was noted in our booking that we will arrive late at night. After a 24 hour travel and check in - in afternoon we had to move to another room at 11 pm at night. Needles to say we left the next day. Never happened before. Much better options on island availible.
