Its a true brilliant in Boracay ! Wow... we just arrived back yesterday from a week stay in this hotel, with my family came from Canada. We loved it, thank you to the owner for the perfect vacation. This resort is designed for the true relaxation, its idyllic, quiet, place.I suggest if your book a suite. Almost everything is perfect: Pools are with the seawater perfectly clean, rooms and bathrooms are perfectly clean, like in the every German or Swiss hotel. The suit has high tech kitchen, big.
all reviews » We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the hotel as part of our honeymoon. This is a paradise dream resort. Perfect location on the top of the mountain, breathtaking view, all Boracay under your feet!!! The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious with a big balcony. The resort has a small private beach where we could be on our own, enjoy the sea, sun, and have a relaxing time. Best place for honeymooners! We can`t wait to go back!. Lingganay Hotel was a complete surprise. Big rooms, very friendly staff from the concierge to the drivers. The hotel is about 10-minute drive to the infamous White Beach but it was okay since they provide a free 24-hour shuttle service. It has a saltwater inifinity pool with the Sibuyan Sea at the backround. One of the best views you'll ever see. Lingganay Boracay Hotel is beside the main tourismn a good place to relax. It has an own romantic beach in a little bay. The restaurant provides good food and there is no need to go out, but if you want - may be to enjoy the main beach, watersports or the nightlife a 24h shuttle service is provided. Excellent. 24hour shuttle service is great. Since I came here with my parents, who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen is definitely a plus! The beach of the hotel is good for a sunset view too. If this property hire a good Chef and have the European standard buffet breakfast and have the golf carts for the guests, it will be better than Shangri-la. We spend most of our time at the seaside pool where was no bar, if you want a drink, that is a long way to go to the main and have your refreshments. There was no telephone line in the room and the Wi-Fi connection was somehow problematic. But these were not big issues since you we were out on the beach most of the day. The wifi is too slow. Even slower than the 3G cell phone connection. minor things... black ants in our room, mosquitoes around the pool side and there are no swimming pools for kids. There was no phone in the room as well the wifi was very week in my room and sometimes no signal for the whole day, although the staff were friendly however they need much more experience in hotel management. This option should not even exist for this Hotel.. nothing really. Nothing. The restaurant,the choice was bad the price to high the food portions small WIfi was weak no signal at times. Quite far from D'mall and White Beach, shuttle from D'mall to hotel works bad. Swimming pool nice, but didn't work when I was there. Antiquated electronics, i.e. analog television, poor wireless. Salted water in the pools Breakfast is not included. no hair dryer in the room, no clothes hang, water of the shower is very small. Poor stuff, they say yes to everything but do not understand not even 10%, no room service, no phone, hairdryer, sheet, towels yellow dirty, the chicken very dirty, breakfast noooo good, restaurant avoid it, sorry to tell but for the money we pay is not even 2 star, we travel all over the world so know the difference of quality, small tv old, the beach small and shadow, I realy don't understand how someone can say that is a European quality! !. *You can't feel that you are in a hotel at all, it's like private unites. *Any request from the room service with additional fee 100 peso *No uniform use by the staff. The management was very poor. Very bad customer service and customer experience. Nice rooms and facilities, ruined by the owner and his wife. We will not stay there again. this is not a hotel. It is a bunch of rooms run by bunch of kids. Dont go to this hotel. Although the price for value seems to be OK, I definitely dont recommend this hotel. The management is awful.
