The staffs are very friendly. Share you interesting places to go to. english is not a problem language for them. room will be clean upon request. the lobby is clean good value. no pools but who needs it when the beach is about 1 min walk' very safe area. MacDonald, pharmacies, etc is also 1 min away. great hotel for solo or budget and families!. the staff were very courteous and the transfer from Caticlan was great. close to the beach, about 100 meters walk.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. not much food for breakfast. we stayed on level 2, the wifi is bad. reflects badly because they are known to be a business hotel yet they dont establish good wifi. I had a hard time returning emails but need to be patient. Wifi is good at the lobby. first of all, we were not able to use our coupons for free breakfast buffet because we only had buffet on our first day. secondly, the brown outs on our first night was so unpleasant. third, when we asked for our rooms to be cleaned, our towels were not replaced. we had to request for new towels. and lastly, poor celphone signal. i had to go our of the room to answer calls. Unreliable Wi-fi, flooded road around hotel, mediocre breakfast buffet, no window view of the outside. Under construction, and some of the aperatus ware not working properly. still under construction. - no individual air-con remote control. Poor breakfast. The floods outside the hotel when heavy rains. The surrounding is under construction which may cause some noise. Cannot get access to wifi. The breakfast has limited choices besides rice, bread and sausage, and is not at all attractive. The fan/air con inside the room is a little bit of noise for those who get a light sleep. Hotel did not have my reservation from letsbookhotel.com. Power outages was plenty as well as the generator failed. Payment was required entirely at the start of the stay. Lots of construction in the area noisey Street flooded long walk to the beach. A rat running around the lobby will not stay at this hotel again. breakfast Rooms where smelly too much construction. - they don't clean the room untill you tell them a lot of times to clean the room then they clean it. - you will dip in the floodwaters that submerge roads in the street where the hotel located whenever it rains. - nuisance in hotel because of construction work. Room advertised as a suite was nothing more than a slightly bigger hotel room, and then the rooms were not particularly big, so suite was tiny. The balcony with a view consisted of a balcony that was minute and a view of a building site, as well as being half the size of the suite next door's balcony. Breakfast was not particularly appetising and generally spent along with staff and kiddies programs on a TV set. with the volume set too loud. -Staff is rude and not helpful -breakfast bad _3 nights stay always forget to change towel -safe deposit box always broken.
