Place was clean and has a lot of character. Staff was very good and tried to see to our every need. Easy access to the many tourist attractions. Had a very nice pub with good atmosphere and live music in the evenings. All in all our 4 night stay was very enjoyable.
The location is very good, 5 minutes walk to the botanical garden.

The room is too small, they use old bed sheets. We found out that the rates are cheaper if we booked directly to the hotel.
First they tell us that even if we booked was no free room. Than they try to made us pay the booking fee, they put us in a room near the kitchen, smelly, dirty, loud,cold... Not nice staff, not friendly.
