The staff was excellent. They were most helpful as we required some suggestions to travel around. Breakfast was simple but we did not expect much so we were contented. The free shuttle to the mall was a plus. Point. We managed our bus trip to Manila when we were sent to the terminal by the hotel. A ride on the jeepney, and a bus trip on Victory Liner brought us to Manila in one and a half hours,.
all reviews » the hotel staff were nice and friendly. the rooms are very spacious and well maintained. its one of the best value for money hotels in the area. though the location is slightly away from the acitivity area but still walkable, which is well managed by the the complimentary drop off by the hotel vehicle. The price of the hotel I very good. It is perfect for an overnight stay because its very close to clark airport. The shuttle service to the center of the city is very convenient. There is a mall really close which has everything you need. i didnt really stay in the hotel its my sister and our family friend stay there and they said its very nice and the staff are very approachable. ant they have a great time time when they stay there thanks to all and God Bless. 1. They have pretty and friendly receptionist. 2. excellent wifi services 3. hotel helpers - they have great attitudes and very kind to help us with a lot of luggages. 4. free transfer services offered really superb. it was the last night we stayed in Philippines, we chose the deluxe room and it was very clean, not like the first night we stayed in a standard room. No mineral water provided in d room. No real food available. Breakfast was late. I told them that I want them at 8AM as we are heading to the airport. e 2 standard room on e lobby abit noisey, at nite can hear clearly pple talking n noise from e carpark too. No coffee/tea making facilities. One piece of thin soap for shower. Packets of shampoo and conditioner supplied. One breakfast was charged for and paid, but communication was poor and front desk asked me to pay again, which I refused as I had the receipt for what I had paid for. it needs A electric keetle to make tea or coffe and 2 ccups. Too many old white men coming for sex tourism. Nothing to dislike. Service is very slow. Breakfast was delivered very late.
