I was very satisfied with everything. The hotel offers great value for money and despite being in a residential area, it's literally a 5 minute walk to the nightlife.
After booking, I got an immediate email and SMS from Jane, wishing me all the best for my stay. I thought that was a nice personal touch. She informed me in advance that she wasn't going to be there on the first day and check in was a little slow as a result.

A small hotel, looks from outside like a typical residential house. Nice family who owns the hotel. Only a few rooms. All was perfect and clean. Located in a small "barangay" (village), well outside the nightlife area. But its quiet and good sleep should be guaranteed.
friendly reception - great room - huge TV choice - comfortable bed - very agreeable throughout - helped me get reasonably priced taxi to airport.

Some rooms downstairs have windows only to the inside court and face the small house bar. At evening, the area is a bit dark, as it is a pure residential area.
