Everything starting from great shuttle service,Reception including free bottle of water + drinkable tap water,great security + video intercom, Luxurious perfectly appointed rooms including Cable tv & Video,strong Wi-Fi signal, modern fully equipped kitchen, Great meals and service, 4 pillows,extra towels no charge if wanted, Everything is there and close to shops and entertainment yet in a really quiet spot. The staff was very friendly. I didn't like the windowless room they gave me but were willing to change to a much nicer room for me the 2nd night. Room was spacious and came with pantry facilities with light cooking. Good place to stay if you want quiet and privacy yet near to fields. Great package of Luxury,Facilities and Service. Great location close to Entertainment yet very quiet, Fully equipped Condo at a hotel price. Unbeatable Value and a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the way my girlfriend and I were treated, and her family were welcomed. I really enjoyed my stay... Thank you to all... Beautifully appointed rooms .. lovely staff .. quiet backstreet but close to the action ... rooms very comfortable food well priced at small restaurant upstairs. well appointed room good food friendly staff willing to help. I love the location, it's off the beaten path. location very good room was good layout. Sad to book out at the end of my stay. having to leave. Although the hotel was located near to fields and where the action was, the road leading to the hotel was not brightly lit. Not so comforting when you return after a late night out. The road was also muddy after heavy rains. I wanted to stay longer. would have been nice to have a free breakfast for the price ... all good hard to fault anything. all good. Now they charge you for Ice. The cleaning staff brought me one towel. The shower in the bathroom leaked, the floor was always wet. stairs no lift to top floor. Upgrading means downgrading in this accomodation. Booked room with balcony and day light. Downdraded to ground floor dark room with no day light because of high wall behind the window. No apology. Never back again. No help of letsbookhotel.com. They snswered: case close after got nonsense reply of hotel.
