Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. Hotel was very quiet even when busy. It is in the centre of town close to everything - bars, restaurants, port, museums. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Free coffee machine Under floor heating Free use of computer/ wifi Breakfast Warm welcome. Excellent breakfast service. Food was great. Housekeeping was patchy and a couple of times I ended up making the beds although they would have been made if we had waited. Just an irritation on my part. There is a very limited amount of hanging space and no drawers and no safe.
