Location was excellent to get to main shopping street (Karl Johan) and Oslo s train station, kitchenette perfect--was easy to prepare meals, nice amount of room and places to sit and hang out. Really felt like we were living in Oslo not just visiting and that is what we were looking for. Spacious and clean, central Oslo Worth the price for two persons and not for only one,I was.Expensive.

Nice central location with easy access to busses trams and trains. Central Location Great shower WiFi. It was spacious and good location. Convenient for the city centre. Location of apartment. The internet was ok. On busy noisy street with lots of drunks and prostitutes on the weekend, did not feel unsafe but it was loud, hard to find the exterior door and the apartment inside the first night. In check time after 3PM....I think waiting the keys to so late around is wasting time....the tv never worked.....and I tried to cansel the last day in advance, I couldn't...Bad for the money. The noise from the street if you opened a window for air. The shower which turned the bathroom into an unintended wet room!. lack of attention to detail, units are very warm and windows could not be opened because of outside noise, air circulation system was barely working, no place in shower to put soap or shampoo. I received no forewarning from you or the hotel that there was no staff or info posted on the premises to issue a room and key. Lucking upon a resident with a phone and a number I found the office to be miles away. The $50 taxi journey was hidden cost. The front entrance pictured is also gated up. it was quite disconcerting. Could not find the address. Not on Dromminsgate, around the corner at 13 Tollbugata !!!! Try that at 2am arrival on a late flight. Not aware that reception was miles away at another location (small print!) One poor towel for a week! One small pillow not adequate, no extra available. Hard location and far to get the key and check in.Too much concern about taking out the garbage at the end of the stay. The collection of keys and checkin was not convenient for a first time visitor to the city No microwave st the apartment. Remote control of TV-poor battery Water tap battery -cold/warm - water is not working properly. Hair drayer missing. El.Water heater pot does not work. not clean.
